信邦創立之初，我40歲，當時親手寫下創立公司的想法與期待，現在回顧這份年代久遠的手稿，感觸良多，也甚感欣慰。
I started SINBON when I was forty years of age, at that time I wrote down my ideas and expectations with regard to establishing the company. Now, in retrospect when looking back at this document it arouses mixed feelings, overall, I’m very satisfied with the outcome.
當年我寫下的經營理念:
1. 追求品質、服務
2. 投資與經營分權
3. 年度盈餘，保留一定比例為增資或轉投資
4. 年度盈餘，除提撥一定比例為經營者之紅利外，其餘按投資比例發放股利
5. 各投資者均有義務帶動業務推行
6. 除生產外，貿易之進行仍屬必要 – 含外包工程及其餘產品之銷售。
Below is the business philosophy I wrote down:
1. Pursue excellent quality and service
2. Decentralize investment and management
3. Retain a certain percentage of annual surplus for reinvestment and to increase capital
4. Part of the annual surplus for operator dividend, with the rest to be distributed as stock dividend proportional to the investment.
5. All investors are obliged to promote the business
6. In addition to production, trade is also essential – including project outsourcing and sales of other products.
時隔三十年的現在，我常提醒同仁「品質與服務」是我們三十年來能不斷成長的關鍵，原來這個成功密碼，從一開始就已標記在我的經營理念中；而願意將公司經營的成果，與股東、同仁分享，這也是我從創業之初，就堅持的態度，至今未變。細看整份手稿，當時有很多想法，原來這三十年一路走來，也都一直堅持著，雖然當時不流行「願景」二字，但在我的心中，也早就把事業拓展到歐美的藍圖勾勒出來，成為現在信邦走向國際化的濫觴。
Thirty years later, I keep reminding my colleagues that “quality and service” is the key to our continuous growth. It turns out that the secret to success has been marked in my business philosophy from the very beginning and the willingness to share the profits of the Company with shareholders and colleagues is also the attitude that I have upheld since the start of my entrepreneurship, which remains unchanged today. By looking closely at the whole document, I realize that many of my thoughts have been adhered to over the past 30 years. Although “vision” was not a popular word at that time, I outlined the business expansion blueprint in Europe and America, which laid the foundation of SINBON’s globalization.
走過三十年，
辛苦卻值得，
今天的信邦所獲得的所有成就都非一蹴可幾，是所有員工勤勤懇懇，點滴匯集而成的結果，
在追求永續經營的同時，也希望能夠持續為員工提供一個和善愉悅的工作環境。
值此信邦三十周年紀念，衷心感謝大家。
After 30 years of ups and downs, it’s hard-earned but worth it.
All the accomplishments of SINBON today have not been achieved overnight. They are the result of the hard work by all employees. While pursuing sustainable operations, I also hope to provide our employees with a co-operative and pleasant working environment.
